Rescue 1122 to train students

Rescue 1122 will provide training of fire-fighting, first-aid and other emergency services to the students

SIALKOT: The Government Murray College Sialkot (GMCS) and Punjab Emergency Services (PES) on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under which students will perform duties as rescuers.

Rescue 1122 officials said Government Murray College Principal Professor Javed Akhtar and District Emergency Officer Syed Kamal Abid signed the MoU.

Rescue 1122 will provide training of fire-fighting, first-aid and other emergency services to the students. The students will then assist the officials of Rescue 1122 during emergencies.
