HYDERABAD:
An anti-terrorism court in Hyderabad convicted on Saturday three persons, handing them the death penalty and 20 years imprisonment, for killing two Hindu brothers in Mithi, Tharparkar. ATC judge Ghulam Mustafa A Memon also slapped a fine of Rs400,000 on each convict.

Nazar Muhammad, Allah Warayo and Burhan Khan had gunned down traders Dilip Kumar Maheshwari and Chandar Maheshwari on January 5, 2018. The killings had stirred a strong resentment in the city, known for its peace and harmonious co-existence between Muslim and Hindu communities.
