The 33-year-old superstar singer has fallen hard for tech CEO Michael Polansky and a source told Hollywood Life that his 'brilliant mind' is a huge part of the attraction.
"She's serious about him and it's huge part of the fling," the source said. "She's already introduced him to her family and they really like him, they approve."

Polansky and the Bad Romance singer met through mutual friends and there was an 'instant attraction.' He went to Harvard and has devoted his entire career to philanthropy, which has clearly impressed Lady Gaga.
"That is such a passion of hers, so they're really aligned there. It's a great match on many levels," the source told the website.

As die hard fans of Gaga know, she founded her Born This Way Foundation, which she co-founded with Sean Parker, a Facebook founder. According to it's website, the charity is focused on 'large-scale initiatives to solve some of the greatest issues facing humanity.'

Lady Gaga and Polansky were seen together for the first time spending New Year’s Eve together. After posting a couple of PDA-filled photos, the couple made their Instagram official with a loved-up post.
Furthermore, Polansky is the first man Gaga has dated publicly since splitting from her ex-fiance Christian Carino in February, 2019. The former couple were together for two years before they called it quits.
At the time there was rampant speculation that the duo broke up because she was secretly dating her A Star is Born co-star Bradley Cooper. But Gaga later revealed to Oprah Winfrey they has just done a “good job at fooling everyone.”
