The disgraced actor had earlier maintained that he's 'jobless' and can't pay up
LAHORE:
Actor/singer Mohsin Abbas Haider has been asked to pay PKR 50,000 per month to his ex-wife Fatema Sohail as child support by a family court in Lahore.
Family judge Myra Hassan heard the case made against Mohsin for not supporting his son Haider Abbas Mohsin, who he shares with ex-wife Fatema who leveled claims that he subjected her to domestic abuse in July last year. According to sources, Fatema connected with the court and submitted an application against Mohsin citing his failure to provide for their 10-month old son.

During the hearing, Fatema also detailed how Mohsin agreed to pay for the upbringing of their child upon her ‘begging’ earlier but had since failed to follow up.
Mohsin had earlier maintained that he was ‘jobless’ and did not have enough money to support his son. It is pertinent to note that Mohsin has since re-launched his career – he released a song back in November and has signed onto a new film with Abu Aleeha.
