Formula one: Glock extends contract with Virgin

The 29-year-old made his Formula One debut in Canada in 2004.

NUERBURGRING:
Timo Glock has signed a three-year contract extension with Virgin Racing, confirmed the Formula One team. The German, who made the announcement hours before his home Grand Prix, has failed to win a point with the team. The 29-year-old made his Formula One debut in Canada in 2004 with Jordan and has two second-place finishes among his 63 grand prix starts. “I feel very comfortable with Marussia Virgin Racing,” said Glock. “This is the reason why I decided to contribute to the development of the team for the next three years.”
