PESHAWAR:
As China battles against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) — which threatens to become a pandemic, the eastern neighbour has appreciated Pakistan’s unflinching support.
This was expressed by the Chinese Cultural Consular Chong Hee Chung on Thursday while addressing a certificate award ceremony for a Chinese language course at a China Window Centre in Peshawar.
Chung said that his country is deeply appreciative of Pakistan’s support and solidarity in the wake of the deadly coronavirus outbreak.
Noting that the ratio of new novel coronavirus patients in China was on a gradual decline, he assured that China will soon control the virus through a comprehensive strategy.
