The agenda of the first day of the talks is to discuss energy issues being faced by Pakistan. Top officials of the Ministry of Water and Power are presenting proposals of possible ways and areas in which the US can help.
The second day of the dialogue is dedicated to the discussion of Pakistan's water woes.
The dialogue will end with the issuance of joint statements highlighting areas in which the US is likely to extend financial and technical support to Pakistan.
