LAHORE: Police have decided to include schemes for the construction of Nawab Town and Sundar police stations in the upcoming Annual Development Programme (ADP). Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Zulfiqar Hameed issued directives in this regard.

He was chairing a meeting to review various development schemes. The meeting was attended by Saddar SP Syed Ghazanfar Ali Shah and officials of the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate.

The CCPO said the police stations operating in rented places will be provided their own buildings in phases.

“All facilities in the new buildings are being ensured,” he said.

The meeting also considered the pros and cons of shifting the building of Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate police station.
