Balochistan Governor condemns Quetta blast

The governor urged the law enforcement agencies to take strict action against the culprits behind the blast.

QUETTA:
Blochistan Governor Amanullah Khan Yasinzai has strongly condemned the bomb blast at Iqbal Raod near district courts in provincial capital, Quetta on Monday, according to a press release.

The blast on Monday claimed the lives of eight people, including three security personnel, and injured 20 others.

Yasinzai expressed sorrow over the loss of precious lives of innocent people. “Such cowardly attacks cannot demotivate the nation and security forces,” said the governor.


He assured that measures would be taken to foil the nefarious plans of terrorists in order to secure national integrity, added the press release. The governor urged the law enforcement agencies to take strict action against the culprits behind the blast.

Directing the health department to provide medical facilities to the victims, the governor prayed for early recovery of the injured.
