Plea asked SHC to take notice of delays in the completion of KCR, other developmental projects of Sindh govt
KARACHI:
A plea was filed in the SHC asking the court to take notice of delays in the completion of the Karachi Circular Railway (KCR) and other developmental projects of the Sindh government.
The petitioner maintained that despite the Supreme Court’s orders, citizens were still being deprived of the KCR due to the government’s incompetence and negligence. The Sindh chief secretary and other relevant officials have been nominated as parties in the plea.
