‘Senior academics must provide knowledge to youth’
'Muslims are not as bad as they portrayed to be'
The youth must realise the significance of changing educational trends and requirements while senior academics must strive to provide them with the best knowledge.
This was stressed by the former chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Mukhtar Ahmed on Tuesday while addressing the concluding ceremony of National Competition of Young Physicists at Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi.
Dr Ahmed said Muslims are not as bad as they portrayed to be, adding that history is full of amazing Muslim scientists and physicians who have great contribution in the fields of physics, mathematics, astronomy, medicine, and surgery.
