Police have arrest father and his wife

KASUR: A woman who married her brother-in-law has been accused of strangling 8-month-old step-daughter to death.

The accused woman, Zainab,  said the baby, Iman Fatima, was sick and had passed away naturally, after which the couple buried her in the courtyard of their house.

Police have arrested the father of the girl, Sharif, along with his wife, Zainab, after the neighbours reported the death of the child under mysterious circumstances. The body of the girl was retrieved from the identified location and sent for postmortem. The Chunian DSP said preliminary investigations suggest the baby had died of chest infection.
