Aqeel, Jalil set up Masters decider
Top-seeds vanquish opponents in Aisamul Haq event.

Aqeel Khan cruised into the final of the Aisamul Haq Masters Tennis Championship getting the better of third-seed Yasir Khan 6-4, 6-2.
Aqeel took just an hour to overcome his younger brother to book a place in the final against second-seed Jalil Khan, who outplayed Mohammad Abid Mushtaq 6-4, 6-2 in the second semi-final.
Aqeel and Jalil face off today with the winner taking home Rs500,000.
Although Mushtaq lost in the men’s singles semi-final, he progressed in the under-18 boys’ competition, beating Ahmed Chaudry 6-2, 6-0. He faces Usman Rafiq in the final.
Saba Aziz crushed Kunsha Babar 6-0, 6-0 while Sarah Mansoor outplayed Rukhsana Fazal with an identical scoreline to reach the final of the ladies singles event.
