Technical education a must for prisoners: Sargodha Commissioner
Commissioner added that health camp should also be set up for prisoners

Sargodha Commissioner Dr Farah Masood, along with Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Nayyer Sheikh, visited district jail on Saturday and directed the jail authorities to provide education and training to the young prisoners.
Dr Masood inspected the Jail library, hospital, barracks of death and high risks children. He also inquired about the facilities, including food and health being provided to the prisoners.
The commissioner also visited the under-construction barracks in the jail and directed the jail authorities to ensure the provision of technical education with the cooperation of TEVTA for the welfare of prisoners at jail. She also directed officials to motivate the prisoners to study and take part in healthy activities by lectures organised by the Social Work Department of Sargodha University. He added that health camp should also be set up for prisoners.
