Wazir, Shah take oath as K-P ministers
Provincial government had expanded and reshuffled the provincial cabinet last week
PESHAWAR:
Malik Shah Mohammad and Iqbal Wazir took oath as ministers in the provincial cabinet on Wednesday, days after provincial government had announced their names as part of cabinet expansion.
They were sworn in by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Governor Shah Farman on Wednesday during a ceremony at the Governor House in Peshawar.
The ceremony was attended by K-P Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, provincial Assembly Speaker Mushtaq Ghani, ministers, MPAs, special assistants and advisors to CM and others.
The provincial government had expanded and reshuffled the provincial cabinet last week. As part of the expansion, Mohammad and Wazir — a Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) lawmaker from North Waziristan — were inducted into the cabinet.
