Development Plans: Rs16b uplift package for Torghar

Economic conditions of K-P were extremely grave when ANP government took over: Namroz Khan.

The government is committed towards the well being of residents of Toghrar District and an amount of Rs16 billion is being spent for uplift projects in the area for this purpose. This was stated by Provincial Minister for Religious Affairs Namroz Khan while talking to a tribal jirga at Mangri Kameesar Village on Monday.


He said the economic conditions of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa were extremely grave when the ANP government took over and the province was suffering from militancy. However, his party workers served the nation with their utmost commitment.

He said that the estimated expenditure for development schemes have been sent to the concerned department, and the amount allotted to Torghrar will be disbursed for implementation soon.
