BHC CJ announces high court benches

Vows to address legal issues of the district on a priority basis

QUETTA: Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Jamal Mandokhail announced high court benches in Khuzdar, Qazi Court in Bela and Anti-Narcotics Court in Othal. He shared this during his address on Monday at Lasbela Bar Association.

“Hearing of customs’ cases will be held in Balochistan High Court rather than in Karachi,” he added. Mandokhail vowed to establish more courts in the province to ensure speedy and timely justice in order to provide relief to people.

“Efforts are afoot to establish a law college in Lasbela in order to make youth part of the judiciary in Balochistan,” he added.

Balochistan CJ announced a grant of Rs100,000 for the Lasbela Bar Association for the accommodation of digital library, computers, TV, furniture and air conditioners.

He vowed to address legal issues of the district on a priority basis. Mandokhail also announced vacancies for five stenographers and one gardener for Uthal Judicial Complex.
