13 schemes worth Rs32.9m approved for Sargodha
Eight development schemes of tehsil council in Sargodha, with an estimated amount of Rs19.5 million
SARGODHA:
District Planning and Design Committee (DPDC) approved 13 new schemes under Punjab Municipal Services Programme (PMSP) with an estimated amount of Rs32.9 million while Rs107.7 million are being spent on 10 development projects in the district.
This was revealed in a meeting of DPDC, presided over by Sargodha Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Nayyer Sheikh.
During the meeting, eight development schemes of tehsil council in Sargodha, with an estimated amount of Rs19.5 million, one scheme of Sillanwali tehsil worth Rs4.1 million and four schemes of Kot Momin tehsil worth Rs9.2 million were presented before the DPDC.
The meeting was told that under PMSP, Rs107.7 million are being spent on 10 development projects in the district, of which 24 schemes of tehsil council Sargodha worth Rs72.8 million and three development schemes worth Rs25.3 million are being completed in tehsil council, Sillanwali.
