DC says Punjab govt has imposed an agricultural emergency for the betterment, prosperity of the agricultural sector

The government was taking exigent steps for the betterment and prosperity of small cultivators, Sargodha Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh.
He stated this while addressing a review meeting regarding the performance of livestock department on Tuesday.
DC said that the Punjab government has imposed an agricultural emergency for the betterment and prosperity of the agricultural sector. He directed the authorities of agriculture and livestock for carrying out seminars and programmes for creating awareness among the farmers and small cultivators.
