The accused bank manager, Aqeel Mirza, has been booked for fraud after he was reportedly involved in embezzlement of Rs200 million.
FIA officials said that a case has been registered against Mirza but the culprit was released on bail. Moreover, FIA has also submitted a challan in court against the accused. On the other hand, the victim, Gulistan Shahzad, who was previously assaulted by Mirza, pardoned the accused on religious grounds.

Meanwhile, the court ordered to release the accused on the basis of the submission of surety bonds of Rs200,000.
The defendant, Gulistan Shahzad, filed the affidavit before the court. Judicial Magistrate Shahbaz Hassan Rana heard the case. The plaintiff stated in court that he did not receive any death threats but he was assaulted for which he had already forgiven the accused. According to the police, the violence occurred at the Cavalry Ground.
