With fresh inductions, IHC forms new divisional benches
Apart from this, some seven single-member benches will also start hearing the cases from December 16
ISLAMABAD:
After the inclusion of three new judges, Islamabad High Court (IHC) has formed three new divisional benches for presiding over the cases next week.
Apart from this, some seven single-member benches will also start hearing the cases from Monday.
The first divisional bench constitutes of IHC Chief Justice IHC Athar Minallah and the first female judge in IHC Justice Lubna Pervez Saleem.
The second divisional bench will include Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Fiaz Ahmad Anjum Jandram, while the third one will be comprised of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Ghulam Azam Qambrani.
Further, the office order issued from the registrar office stated that the newly appointed judges including Justice Lubna, Justice Jandran and Justice Qambrani will sit in the courtrooms 5, 6 and 7 respectively.
