Protest: Families condemn Ishaq’s release

The families of those killed by Malik Ishaq, head of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, have protested against his release

MULTAN: The families of those killed by Malik Ishaq, head of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, have protested against his release by intelligence agencies. On Saturday, dozens of people protested against the release of Ishaq, saying that he was released despite ample proof of his crimes. The protesters demanded that the judiciary reconsider the decision to release Ishaq and appealed to President Asif Ali Zardari in this regard. The protesters have threatened to protest in front of the parliament on July 24 and said that they would block all roads to the parliament.
