Woman files case against illegal occupation of house
Suspects nominated in the case are brothers and have been associated with police

A woman, Tehmina Asif, a resident of Defence Housing Authority (DHA,) was finally able to file a case against the illegal occupation of her house after seven years.
A number of Sindh government and Karachi police changed during the span, but she could not register her case.
According to police, the suspects who have been nominated in the case are brothers and have been associated with the police. She finally registered her case at Darakhshan Police Station under sections 448, 342, 468, 420 and 506/34 on Thursday.
She stated in her complaint that her husband owned a bungalow on Khayaban-e-Mujahid, DHA phase 5. One evening in 2012, two men, Ishaq Lashari and Ismail Lashari, came with unidentified men and took her, her husband and her son with them in a Vigo.
They set them free after a while and threatened them not to come near the bungalow again. The family then took up residence in a rented house near Sultan Mosque.
The men once again came to their house on a morning after a few days and held them hostage till the evening and forced them to sign fake property documents before releasing them.
