Opposition striving for supremacy of parliament: Baloch

They demand re-elections in the country as the 2018 polls ‘were fully rigged’

QUETTA: Former Balochistan Chief Minister and President National Party Dr Abdul Malik Baloch said Saturday that the opposition parties were demanding the supremacy of the parliament and the constitution along with re-elections in the country as the 2018 polls ‘were fully rigged’.

“The National Party is fully supporting Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam- Fazl’s (JUI-F) Azadi march because we have expressed no-trust in the incumbent federal government and the Prime Minister,” said Baloch while addressing the party leaders. He lamented the lack of democratic demeanor in the ruling party and added that unfortunately the country was being run by people with no political experience.

“Flawed economic policies have enslaved Pakistan at the hands of International Monitory Fund while the sky-rocketing inflation is making lives of the people miserable,” ex-Balochistan CM said.
