Suited up: Lawyers welcome the commissioner
The PLF celebrated the Sindh Assembly’s decision to pass four bills, including that for the commissionerate system

The Peoples Lawyers Forum (PLF) celebrated the Sindh Assembly’s decision to pass four bills, including that for the commissionerate system, at the Sukkur High Court bar on Wednesday. PLF president Advocate Mukesh Kumar expressed joy over the restoration of the Karachi and Hyderabad districts and claimed that the assembly had also passed a bill which transferred the control of the education boards from the governor to the chief minister. “The people of Sindh wanted the government to revive the commissionerate system and the government has fulfilled their demand,” he said.
