Jhelum art competition concludes

RAWALPINDI:
An art competition by the Rawalpindi Arts Council in Jhelum district concluded on Wednesday with the winners to participate in an intra-district art competition starting November 2 at the council.
The competition is an initiative of the School Education Department and the Punjab Council of the Arts and was arranged at the Government Tabligh-ul-Islam School in Jhelum.
At the primary level, Ammara Sajid secured the first position, Razia Bibi was second and Zara Zafar was third. At the elementary level, Afifa Mughal bagged the first position, Malaika Khan second and Muhammad Anas was third.
For the secondary level competition, Kiran Rasheed was first, Khizra Butt was second and Abdul Waleed was third.
Addressing the prize distribution ceremony, Jhelum Revenue -Additional DC Messam Abbas said that self-confidence plays a vital role in the success of any person.
