This video has been shared over 22,000 times with misleading captions
A viral video, showcasing gunfire in the night sky allegedly by Israel’s latest anti-missile defence system is making rounds.
The clip shows visuals of bright light against the night sky with a background noise of gunfire along with black smoke and bullets drop to the ground.
The video was posted by a Facebook page Military GUNS’ and since then has been shared 22,000 times with misleading captions.
Some suggesting the clip to be CIWS Phalanx cruise missile BGM-109 Tomahawk ARMA3 or a Russian anti-missile shooting down Israelis missiles in Syria.
Google might finally deliver an AirDrop version for Android
However, upon investigation, it has been concluded that the video is not of gunfire rather computer-generated imagery from a gaming video.
In real-life, the trail of black smoke remains for some time before disappearing but we see the opposite happening.
Apple Arcade could boost ranks of video game players
The same video has been uploaded by various YouTube channels dedicated to gaming.
