Local police officials recovered an un-identified body of a child from a canal, nearly30 kms from Khanpur last night. On Tuesday, police officials told reporters that they recovered the body of a 12-year-old child from the Dalls Canal. Police officials said that they had yet to identify the victim and had sent the body to the DHQ rural health centre in Mianwali Qureshian for a post mortem. Police officials said that they were waiting on the autopsy results to start a detailed investigation.
