Fbise Exams: APS secure top results in region
The outstanding result of Public Schools and Colleges Jutial has been applauded by all in G-B.
GILGIT:
Students from Army Public Schools and colleges in Gilgit grabbed the top spots in Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) in the SSC examinations 2011, held under the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad.
Misbah Iqbal stood first in G-B with 997 marks out of 1050 while Mariam Zehra secured 974 marks, securing second position in the region. Zarina Batool was in third position in the Gilgit region with 967 marks.
Of the 220 students appearing in the annual examination from Public Schools and Colleges Jutial, 205 students passed, for an overall passing rate of 94 per cent.
Similarly, 25 students of the school had A+ averages, 54 students had As, and 62 students got B grade.

Parents and students paid tribute to teachers and the principal for the outstanding results.
