The Rawalpindi Bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a hearing. The divisional bench comprising Justice Tariq Abbasi and Justice Shahid Mehmood Abbasi was hearing a case pertaining to poor cleanliness of a playground in Dhok Syedan. Advocate Anwar Dar had filed a contempt petition against RCB on non-implementation of a court order on removal of garbage and restoration of a playground. The court remarked that the ground should be restored to its original condition at all costs. It summoned RCB CEO Sibtain Raza in the next hearing for clarification.
