The land grabbers occupied land in eight graveyards

The municipal corporation has decided to retreve land from encroachers who have illegally occupied it in the eight graveyards located in the city. Municipal Corporation Chief Officer Iqbal Khan stated that land grabbers occupied land in eight graveyards and a list of the offenders has been prepared in this regard. He maintained that as many as 61 graveyards in the city had boundary walls while construction on the boundary walls of 51 graveyards is currently underway. Meanwhile, the demarcation of 43 graveyards is in progress, he added.
