Careem NOW’s app lets its users track the orders on an interactive map and reach out to the delivery captains directly or through the care centre.

A rapid growth in the food delivery market and prediction of a growth to around $25 billion by 2022, the ride-hailing company has decided to venture into an investment of over $150 million.

“Careem NOW can capture and grow this market by enabling users to order from a wide range of restaurants easily with door-to-door delivery,” said Adeeb Warsi, Managing Director of Careem NOW.

You can now book a Careem without internet

The app offer services in Dubai, Amman, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Makkah and now launching in Pakistan. The catch though is that the food delivery service is currently only offered in the vicinity of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Clifton areas and will soon expand to the whole of Karachi.
