SHC directs to club Rao Anwar’s pleas
The court also directed all the respondents to ensure their presence on the next hearing

The Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered on Monday to combine the hearing of the pleas filed by the key accused in Naqeebullah Mehsud murder case and former Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rao Anwar. A two-member bench of the SHC, while hearing the plea filed by former SSP Rao Anwar, pertaining to allowing him leave from attend the hearing personally, decided to hear joint pleas. The bench remarked that there were other cases pending against Anwar, so all his pleas would be heard together. The court also directed all the respondents to ensure their presence on the next hearing. Later, the court adjourned the hearing till October 15.
