Workshop hosted on ERASMUS+ in Peshawar

A delegation of the European Union (EU) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) arranged a workshop on the Erasmus+ Programme at IMSciences, Peshawar on Monday, where detailed information about funding for educational initiatives, training and scholarships for Pakistani students, faculty and staff in collaboration with the EU Higher Educational Institutes was provided.
'Universities must ensure quality education'
The delegation of the EU to Pakistan at the workshop comprised of Nicole Malpas; First Secretary, Education and Culture, and Sven Ruesch; First Secretary, Team Leader Governance and Education. A total of 50 participants from 11 universities participated in the workshop. Topics of discussion in the workshop included opportunities under Erasmus+ and how to develop a good proposal in terms of both theory and practice.
