MULTAN: The city traffic police have established a traffic awareness camp and distributed side view mirrors and helmets among the motorcyclists.
The traffic education unit set up an awareness camp at Chungi No 14 to sensitise citizens about the traffic rules.
Traffic Officer Circle Qazafi and DSP Ehsan-i-Haq and Traffic Officer Circle City Inspector Muhammad Qazafi paid visit to camp and briefed the citizens to follow the lane rule to ensure safe journey and smooth traffic flow.
Motorcycle riders should drive in extreme left lane. They said violation of the lane and line rule was not only a crime but it also results in loss of lives.
They urged citizens to help the city traffic police to implement the lane and line rules.
