Say what, now?
Even after 20 years, Hrithik Roshan’s debut Bollywood film ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’ is still winning awards. Winning a total of 92 accolades, gaining a spot in the Guinness Book of Records for maximum number of awards for a single film in a year, Roshan's Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai recently won the Best film of the past 20 years at the IIFA Awards.
It is however the talks about the aftermath of the movie that got us interested.
According to Hindustan Times, at an appearance on the The Kapil Sharma Show, the actor revealed that he got over 30,000 marriage proposals after the release of his debut film where he starred as a naïve Rohit alongside Sonia, played by Amisha Patel.
Say what, now?
Further on answering the question as to how he is the perfect example of ‘age like fine wine’, Hrithik said, "Well, it's broccoli. Just kidding! I'm thankful for this title although on the face of it, it's not really an achievement. According to me, if there's anything one should aspire for and value the most in this world, it's their character. A good character will always make you look more attractive."
Still basking in glory after the success of math wizard, Anand Kumar in Vikas Bahl’s critically Super 30, the actor is all geared up for another big ride in ‘War’ alongside Tiger Shroff.
Also featuring Vaani Kapoor, ‘War’ which promises to take Bollywood’s action movies to another level hits the big screen on October 2.
