Kotli Sattian, Kahuta to be new tourist spots
The commissioner says he directs to ensure the maximum number of trees are planted

In a bid to boost tourism in the region, Rawalpindi Commissioner Division Capt (retired) Saqib Zafar has said that the district administration intends to convert the scenic Kotli Sattian, Kahuta and Kallar Kahar areas into tourist destinations.
Talking to the media on Sunday, the commissioner said he had directed his officers to ensure the maximum number of trees are planted in Murree, Kahuta and Kotli Sattian areas apart from their landscaping to enhance their natural beauty. Further, he directed to complete ongoing development projects in these areas in the shortest possible time which would help attract tourists in these areas.
The commissioner said that the Punjab government is trying to provide basic facilities to residents of Murree and Kotli Sattian and upgrade their living standards.
