Facebook is reportedly working on a secret project.
According to a report published by CNBC, Facebook has been working on its new tech venture, smart glasses that are designed to replace smartphones.
The social media giant has signed a partnership with Fashion powerhouse Ray-ban parent company Luxottica so that the smart glasses have a 'cool' frame which would be appealing for people to wear.
Previously, Google Glass also worked with Luxottica to spice up their fashion game, so it would be interesting to see what the company designs for Facebook smart glasses.

Furthermore, the AR glasses are codenamed Orion and would feature a graphic display which would enable users to see out of the corners of their eyes, and wearers could make calls, Livestream their positions, and more with the help of Facebook AI technology.
The project is reportedly being developed at Facebook Reality Labs in Redmond, Washington since few years.
The glasses are rumored to be released between 2023-2025 however, Facebook has not confirmed anything as yet.
