Busted: Three proclaimed offenders arrested; weapons seized
The Karak police claimed to have arrested three proclaimed offenders on Friday and recovered caches of lethal weapons from their possession.
Acting on a tip-off, the police raided a house in the jurisdiction of Latimber Police Station and arrested three proclaimed offenders, namely Ijaz Akhtar, Sadiq Rehman and Sajjad Akhtar, who were involved in several heinous crimes.
According to the police, two Kalashnikovs, one rifle and hundreds of cartridges were recovered from their possession.
The police registered a case against the offenders and investigations are underway.
