Woman dies due to wrong injection
The deceased was shifted to the hospital for the treatment of diarrhoea
KARACHI:
A woman died after she was allegedly administered a wrong injection at a private hospital in North Nazimabad. According to police, Parveen, a resident of Musa Colony, was administered the wrong injection at Shah Medical Centre, located in Nazimabad block C. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medico-legal formalities, following the charges levelled by the deceased’s family members against the hospital staff. According to the statement given by Parveen’s family members to the police, she was shifted to the hospital to get treatment for diarrhoea and died after she was administered a wrong injection.
