Enhancing production: Training courses for farmers

The courses, which are of different durations, will commence from July 15 and continue up to September 30.

FAISALABAD: The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) has decided to launch short courses for training of growers and other interested persons in enhancing production of crops and poultry farms and adopting biotechnology. The courses, which are of different durations, will commence from July 15 and continue up to September 30. The training programmes include gardening, practical poultry management, dairy husbandry, preservation of fruits and vegetables, sheep husbandry, classification of wool, cultivation of mushroom, computerised design for landscaping, pest management, laboratory technician and clinical biochemistry.
