Minister pledges timely completion of development schemes

Provincial Minister for Communication and Works Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani vows timely completion of projects

QUETTA: Provincial Minister for Communication and Works Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani has said that development projects in Balochistan will continue without any hiatus and the provincial government has set a mechanism to review quality and progress on development schemes. He shared these views on Thursday while visiting District Washuk.

The minister vowed timely completion of development schemes across the province.

“Cabinet members under the leadership of Jam Kamal are utilising all the resources to end poverty and unemployment in Balochistan. We have been focusing on the development of remote areas as well” Arif Jan Muhammad Hassani added.

Commissioner Rakhshan Division Naseer Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner Kharan Khudada Khan, former Minister Mujeeb ur Rehman Muhammad Hassani and district officials were present during the visit of Minister C&W.

The provincial minister further said that billions of rupees are being utilised on development schemes in Balochistan and provincial government has been focusing on timely completion of all projects to give relief to the deprived masses.

“Along with initiating new schemes, government is working on a mechanism that would yield new jobs for youth,” he said.

Arif Jan Muhammad asserted that government has laid down a new era of infrastructure in the province as new highways will ensure timely delivery of provincial products, particularly fruits and vegetables to the markets.

Meanwhile, the minister also visited a government high school and health center and pledged to immediately implement over their demands and woes.
