The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has announced the launch of a new mobile application to facilitate the swift resolution of electricity complaints, an official press release said.

Named "NEPRA Aasaan Approach", the app aims to provide a user-friendly platform for consumers to report and address their electricity issues promptly.

The app, which will be officially launched tomorrow, is designed to handle a range of complaints from power outages to overbilling.

NEPRA assures that the application will enable electricity consumers across Pakistan to lodge their complaints through a multi-channel service delivery system, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.

According to NEPRA, the initiative is part of their commitment to leveraging technology to enhance customer service and address consumer grievances in the least possible time.
