Levies on front-line to maintain law and order: DG

Adds that training is being imparted to the members of the Levies Force

QUETTA: Vowing to strengthen capacity of Levies Force in Balochistan, Director General Levis Force Mujeeb ur Rehman Qumbrani said on Wednesday that the force has been standing on the front-line in maintaining law and order in the province

Addressing newly recruited Levies soldiers in Surab, he added that due to utmost efforts regarding law and order, Levies Force has turned into the most favourite force in Balochistan.

“Government of Balochistan has been utilising all resources to strengthen capabilities of Levis Force hence the force has become the most professional one in the province,” DG Levis said. “The force is securing properties and lives of masses in remote parts of the province along with sharing contribution in the face of natural disasters.”

Ensuring the provision of modern weapons, DG Levies reiterated that training is being imparted to the members of the Levies Force. He encouraged newly recruited soldiers to utilise their utmost efforts in defending the people of the province.
