Hoorain Fatima, allegedly caused by the negligence of doctors at a private hospital
KARACHI:
A local court ordered on Saturday that female doctors be included in the investigation of the death of a three-month old infant, Hoorain Fatima, allegedly caused by the negligence of doctors at a private hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The court ordered that female doctors be included in the investigation and directed female doctors to cooperate. Hearing of the bail pleas of Dr Maria, Dr Kehkashan and Dr Sofia, who have been accused of negligence, was adjourned till September 3. The petitioner’s counsel argued that strict action be taken against the administration responsible for negligence.
