PESHAWAR:
The speaker of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Assembly on Friday (today) will lead a protest rally against atrocities committed in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Members from both benches will be of the part of the protest rally to express their solidarity with Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
During Thursday’s session of the assembly, the speaker announced that like the rest of the country, members of the provincial assembly will also stage a protest rally on Friday while the road outside the assembly building will be shut for 30 minutes.
“This will represent the voices from the floor of the house to the international community that the Pakistani nation is on one page against the Indian atrocities in IOK,” Ghani added.
