Constable arrested for child porn, blackmail
Father and uncle of a boy overpowered a man who was blackmailing the child over some objectionable videos.
After a thorough thrashing by the household members and the neighbours the suspect was handed over to Aabpara police who identified him as Constable Shehzad Habib Satti of Islamabad Capital Territory Police.
IG Islamabad Aamir Zulfiqar terminating his services ordered SP City Zone Amir Khan Niazi to form a team to investigate the issue.
The boy’s father Muhammad Kamran Abbassi of Sector G-6 lodged an FIR with Aabpara police station that a young man came to his house on August 25, 2019 in evening during his presence and called out his son.
Abbasi said he grew suspicious of an older man visiting his boy and came out to take a look. The complainant said he became sure of some wrongdoing when he saw the visitor make suspicious gestures to his son.

When he asked them what was going one, Abbasi said, his son told him about the blackmailing of the suspect after making his nude video.
Overwhelmed by rage, the complainant said in FIR said that he succeeded in overpowering the suspect with the help of his brother. The suspect tried to threaten them with a pistol, however, with assistance of the neighbours, the man later identified as Shehzad Satti, was overpowered and handed over to police.
Abbasi said that his son told him the Satti his friends Shahzaeb Satti and Rehan had forcibly made is nude video on mobile phone at Hammad’s house. The suspects were seeking sexual favours now while threatening to viral the video on social media if the boy refused them, Abbasi said quoting his son.
Aabpara police arrested Shehzad Satti and his friend Rehan outside Abbasi’s and also recovered the mobile phone with objectionable video. Police also recovered an illegal pistol from Shehzad for which a separate case has been registered.
The mobiles of the nabbed persons have been sent to forensic lab to retrieve more data and further action would be taken after getting the report from the lab and interrogation from the accused.
A spokesperson of Islamabad police said that IGP Islamabad Aamir Zulfiqar has directed that justice should be given to the aggrieved party.

Rawalpindi CPO DIG Faisal Rana has ordered police to ensure the protection of transgender people in the district.
Antisocial elements consider transgender people an easy target making them vulnerable to physical violence and sexual abuse.
People harassing and tormenting transgender people ought to be arrested immediately he said in a meeting with SP Saddar Rai Mazhar Iqbal, SP Pothohar Syed Ali and SP Rawal.
The CPO said police stations should have record of transgender people living in their jurisdictions. Besides, police should make eunuchs realise that law protects them against exploitation and harassment.
