Recognition: FPCCI export awards in October

KARACHI:
The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has announced that it will hold the 35th Export Awards in the first week of October to honour leading exporters of the country for their outstanding performance. FPCCI President Senator Haji Ghulam Ali made the announcement at a meeting held at the FPCCI head office here. Participants of the meeting noted the achievement of record exports worth $24 billion despite various challenges, particularly energy shortages. They discussed that if supply of electricity, gas and other utilities was ensured to exporters, then they might earn more profit and revenues would increase more than expectations. In the awards, FPCCI will distribute 90 export awards to leading exporters.
