ASI killer arrested from Murree

The suspects opened fire on a police team during the raid

RAWALPINDI: Police have arrested a drug dealer who had allegedly killed ASI Riaz in Wah Cantt during a raid. A case was registered against the suspects, Abdul Rasheed and his son Qaiser Rasheed and others, under Anti-Terrorism Act.  A few months earlier, the suspects had opened fire on the police team during a raid to arrest drug dealers. SP Potohar Syed Ali said the suspects were arrested from Murree using latest technology. He added that criminals involved in drug business usually took refuge in AJK for a long period while the suspect was part of a strong gang which had links with a strong network.
