Ayesha Omar calls out misinformed statements by Bollywood actors

After Mehwish Hayat, actor Ayesha Omar has come out talking about how celebrities need to be more socially responsible about social issues and calling out menaces.

Taking to Twitter, the Bulbulay actor expressed her disappointment in Bollywood celebs and their irresponsible comments as of late, "First #PriyankaChopra's dismissive stance and now #SonamKapoor's views."

Questioning if actors are peace supporters or not, Omar said, "I am appalled and disappointed to say the least. Are we actors not supposed to be ambassadors for peace? Where is the sensitivity, empathy and humanity required to be an actor or just for being human?"
